("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Repixel mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services, even if they are linked from within Repixel.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways when you use Repixel:
- Traffic and device data: IP address, device type, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from your IP, Wi-Fi, or cellular network.
- Photos you import: If you choose to turn a photo into a pixel-art puzzle, Repixel accesses the image you select from your device's photo library. Photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share them.
- Usage and analytics: Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data about how you interact with Repixel, including sessions, features used, and crash reports.
- Optional contact information: If you contact us directly, we collect your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
Repixel does not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect health, fitness, or sensitive personal information through the app.

- To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
- To diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- To understand how users engage with Repixel so we can build better features.

3. Sharing Your Information

4. Advertising and Analytics
Repixel may use third-party analytics and advertising technologies that collect non-personally-identifiable activity data to help us measure performance and, where applicable, serve relevant advertisements. You can limit ad tracking at any time through your device's privacy settings (Settings → Privacy → Tracking on iOS).
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as is necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Photos you import into Repixel remain on your device and are removed when you delete them from the app or uninstall Repixel.
7. Children's Privacy
Repixel is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
8. International Users
Cube Software Solutions Inc. is based in Canada. If you use Repixel from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Your Choices
- You can deny or revoke Repixel's access to your photo library at any time in your device's Settings.
- You can limit analytics and ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
- You can request that we update or delete information about you by contacting privacy@cubesol.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Repixel after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
